Naida Caves

October 4, 2011

The Naida Caves on Diu are beyond understanding. We still can’t agree if they’re more natural or manmade. The black rectangles you can see in the birds eye view above are openings in the ceiling of the cave.

A well disguised cave dweller. We suspect there are also wild dogs that hide out in the caves. Pat’s friend Roz had a scary brush up with a few that she accidentally disturbed, and when we were there this time I swear I heard barking from an opening in the cave floor.
